Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks and activities to maintain their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting with medication administration and medication management in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Supporting clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social interaction and mental well-being.
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercises as required.
• Reporting any changes in clients' health or well-being to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any observations made during visits.

Skill & Experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within domiciliary care or healthcare settings is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following care plans and instructions effectively.
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to working hours and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between client visits (if applicable).
